We Offer Two Programs

The Summer Internship 10-week program. 

    • Virtual and in-person learning sessions led by experienced sales professionals.


    • Foundational recruiting activities focused on relationship building and account management,


    • On-the-job training will put interns in the position to become full-time employees of Dexian.

Interns who excel during the Summer Internship Program will be invited to participate in the upcoming Fall or Spring programs.

The Sales Academy 38-week program includes the Summer, Fall, and Spring Internship programs.

    • Interns who exceed expectations during the Sales Academy can qualify and graduate from the program as an “Elite Sales Academy Graduate” with the option to be hired as a Recruiter 2 and bypass the ITR Program.

 

Interns who complete the Sales Academy program but do not qualify as Elite Sales Academy Graduates are still eligible to be hired as a Recruiter 1, bypassing the ITR Program.
