How we organize ourselves

We are organized into 3 main areas; business support, managed services and staffing.

You can access the company’s general organization chart on DexianConnect. After entering your login and password, click on  “Organization Chart”  in the menu that appears on the arrow, next to your name (top right corner) .

Business Support

Our employees work in BackOffice areas (Administration & Finance, Legal, Recruitment, HR, Sales), that is, generation and business support departments.

Managed Services

These are our employees who work on operations contracted by the client, with pre-agreed scope and deliverables, under our full coordination.

Staffing

Our employees provide services to dozens of Dexian clients. Projects/deliverables are typically managed by our clients and we take care of the HR aspects of these employees. From a structural point of view, these collaborators, who we call consultants, are connected with our HR Analysts.

Our governance

This area contains information about our Corporate Governance and was developed so that our employees have access to initiatives and information related to the behavior, attitudes and responsibilities expected of our team. Thus, they can act within the ethical standards defined at Dexian.

We also present our policies and the code of conduct that we expect from our business partners.

Dexian constantly works to maintain an ethical and honest environment in all company processes, following local and international guidelines on the subject. Therefore, this set of documents aims to guide the actions and attitudes of all of us, aligned with our purpose and values.

Our employees are fundamental to the company’s success, and Dexian is committed to providing a work environment that recognizes achievements and promotes growth. Our internal policies:

Education Aid Policy

Dexian Brasil Serviços de Tecnologia Ltda. understands that, to ensure constant corporate growth, it is essential to invest in human capital, promoting equal opportunities, the personal and professional development of its employees, together with the dissemination of the Dexian culture.

Onboarding Policy

This policy aims to ensure the adaptation and retention of new professionals. It enables newly hired employees to obtain the knowledge, skills and behaviors necessary to effectively become part of the team. Online or In-person Onboarding must be carried out up to 3 days before the employee starts or at most on the 1st day of work at Dexian.

Daycare Assistance Policy

This policy aims to standardize the process for reimbursement of Daycare Assistance payments, comply with legislation and avoid financial and labor losses to Dexian Brasil.

Awarded Nomination Policy

This policy aims to establish the set of general rules for the Dexian brasil Awarded Referral Program. All Referral Campaigns will follow the definitions in this document.

Expense Reimbursement Policy

The provisions and procedures established in this manual are immediately applicable, binding all Dexian Brasil employees and service providers who undertake corporate travel.

Health plan / medical assistance

VA and / or VR benefits

The VA/VR benefit is offered according to your eligibility, service operation and admission conditions.

Benefits of Vale Transporte

The company offers transport vouchers via card, and its monthly recharge is carried out every first business day of the month.

English classes for internal employees

One of the benefits we offer to internal employees (see the chapter “How we organize ourselves”) are English classes so that everyone can develop this skill.
The employee is eligible for the program after 3 months at the company and can ask their direct leader to participate in existing classes/groups.

If leadership agrees, they should then communicate with the Human Development area to check availability in existing classes and inform the employee of the alternatives.

The costs of the classes are 100% absorbed by Dexian, the employee is only responsible for the cost of the material per semester. The employee must have regular attendance (less than 15% of absences) and a minimum grade above 80% to maintain the right to the benefit.

How to request vacation

Vacation must be requested 45 days in advance of the start date. The request must be made via call by the employee or manager/DH and must contain an attachment to the employee’s formal request with the manager’s approval.
