Dexian Delivers Remote Development Team Solution

Client required a bulk staffing solution and sought a fully stacked development team in order to create an internal, AWS-based SaaS application. The challenge was this project began during what has been considered one of the most competitive, candidate- driven markets the IT industry has seen to date. Furthermore, the client requested the 18 person team be 100% remote, while also naming the desire to maintain a high retention rate within the team in efforts to deliver this enterprise wide project on-time.
